No matter who you are or where you are from, we all have something in common. We all wear some form of clothing. Since the 1940s there has been a constant for women, nylon stockings. Being made of nylon made them cheap, durable, and sheer. Stockings come in a pair and are much like very tall socks. While nylon stockings slowly decreased in popularity due to the design and production of pantyhose in the 50s, we know of at least 8 women who still wore them.

In a 2 year span between June of 1962 and January of 1964, 13 single women between the ages of 19 and 85 were murdered in the Boston area. The murders greatly publicized and the man behind the crimes was given many names, the one that stuck, the one we remember today is, the Boston strangler.
