Welcome to the first edition of our monthly recap! The purpose of this report is to provide you with a detailed overview of KiloEx product updates, team updates, and highlight what sets KiloEx apart. It also serves as an opportunity for you to provide constructive feedback and suggestions on our product details. From the very beginning of building this project, our primary focus has always been user-friendly experiences, and we continuously explore ways to achieve that goal. Our first step in this journey is constantly refining our product details to ensure an exceptional trading experience.
July marked the start of the second half of the year and a turning point for KiloEx as well. During this month, we accomplished significant product iterations, including the addition of email notifications, new preference settings, optimization of the referral commission settlement period, UI interface redesign, support for more connected wallet login methods, PNL performance sharing, and the official launch of our H5 version, among others.
In summary, there are three main areas we are focusing on:
- Personalized user experience: We introduced new preference settings, allowing users to customize subscription preferences, color schemes for market changes, and language settings.
- Enriched trading interface: KiloEx officially launched the H5 version, gradually optimizing the mobile experience by improving network and language switching functionalities.
- Multilingual support: Our official website now supports multiple languages, including traditional Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. Additionally, we have added corresponding language channels in our DC community, where users can join and discuss, as well as earn together.
Moreover, we have collaborated with multiple platforms to launch numerous campaigns, including Questn and Galxe. These initiatives are designed to encourage user engagement and gather valuable feedback and suggestions. Currently, we are in the first phase of our feedback campaign, wherein we invite you to explore our beta version and provide your insights, specifically regarding the multilingual module.
