After Nanjing Metro, Chongqing Metro, and Chengdu Metro, Kimchi Media reaches the North East of China with Tianjin Metro!

In terms of urban population, Tianjin is is the fourth largest city in China, after Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou.

Tianjin is a very peculiar city and can be divided in two clear urban areas:
the main one, including the old city, on the Center-to-North-West of Tianjin, and Binhai, a brand new development area laid towards the East coast of the city.

Most of the Metro Network belongs to the old city, with only part of Line 9 and the TEDA Tram Line developed in the new Binhai area.

With a total length of over 150km (90+ miles) and several lines under construction, Tianjin Metro is projected to double its size by 2020.
