Kingdom Karnage Clicker Update
Major Updates for Season 4 (Starting 13/10/23)
Firstly thank you for your support. The first 3 seasons of KK Clicker have been extremely popular, and we’re positioned to grow from here! It is for this reason we are proud to announce KK Clicker will receive a massive update during Season 4:
1. User Interface Updates.
- The main background has been upgraded. Your workers will now appear here as they are purchased.
- The menu colour scheme has been upgraded.
- The normal banner at the bottom of the screen has been upgraded to a video banner.
- A second banner has been added to the bottom of the screen, which will show only when a Cash Tournament is available.
2. Cash Tournaments
- In addition to the current KKT system, we are introducing new cash prizes. These will be paid via a Visa gift card (which will be emailed to winners) and can be spent anywhere that accepts Visa cards.
- There will be a trial of cash tournaments this season, with the top 10 players competing for $100. If it's successful future tournaments will likely see higher prizes and the number of paid places.
- You will need to register for cash tournaments separately, there will be a banner at the bottom of your game page which will show when a Cash Tournament is available.
3. Mining Gems Update
- Mining gems is now a 10-second process.
- Click refills are now 10/5mins.
- Each click gives a base of 10 gems before being upgraded.
- Clicking upgrades have been boosted.
4. Referral System Update
- Referrals no longer give you Wyden workers, instead you will receive 10% of KKT spend generated by your referral. This will be instantly paid into your game account.
- Wyden is still available but now costs gems.
- Wyden is now the most powerful worker in the game.
- Wyden upgrades still cost KKT.
5. Live Gem Updates
The server no longer tries to update all connected clients, instead, each client now requests updates from the server each minute. This should prevent the lag spikes we have been seeing during Season 3.
6. Prize Pool Update
As the number of players has grown dramatically, we have updated the Prize Pool so that the top 100 positions now get boosted prizes (previously 20 positions were boosted).
7. Bug Fixes
We have resolved all known bugs.
We apologise to those who experienced lag in Season 3. We believe the changes we have made above will both fix these issues and mean we can accommodate new players without re-experiencing these issues.
