Us keen-beans here at the Kingfisher Design Community are on a mission to grow our maturity as a product design function, and luckily for you (dear reader) we‘re structuring a series of documented content creation activities with a view to growing engagement, increasing our profile and helping create an inspiring social design culture at Kingfisher.
What?… Why? Is it coffee time yet?
Our profile both collectively and individually is only as strong as what we make visible to the world. What we say and do exists only in an echo chamber if we don’t externalise our thoughts.
Kingfisher now have a large and diverse team of product design people, and so much experience and expertise that it would be downright rude to not share it with the wider product community.
We’re setting up capability to create written, video and audio content including articles, podcasts, coffee breaks ☕, email newsletters, and product design guild content.
We believe an engaged, active group of creative people will lead to more innovation and make it a more attractive place to work for both retention and recruiting the best talent.
