We are discussing a collaboration with a startup called iVOICE.technology https://eng.ivoice.tech/, which offers a call-center powered by AI and speech recognition service. The guys ‘took Google-like speech recognition and synthesis, added speech libraries, cloud telephony, and made it possible to maintain smart dialogs and talk with thousands of people at once.’ — says Andrey Zavorin, CEO, about their product.

They are developing an open source speech-to-text solution, targeting it to journalists, doctors, and students.

iVOICE.technology is based in Siberian Scientific Center or Akademgorodok — the place of maximum concentration of IT and itech startups in the Eastern part of Russia. The guys are most known in the local community for their ‘smart bus stop’ project they’re doing with the municipal administration: ‘You come up to a bus stop, ask your questions, and get the answers, like: ‘how can I get somewhere’ or ‘where is a nearest Irish pub. We hope it understands English and works in sub-zero temperatures :)
