How does it feel to be a Kissflowite?
A heartfelt narrative based on my observation!
Disclaimer
Avoid the use of a dictionary to read this, I used very simple vocabularies with no metaphor/imitation about personalities. If something seems harmed, that must be tangible, intangible things.
Be it Pros/Cons — I’m all ears to improve myself as a writer! 😇
So, Here you go!
If I ask, “What are the most essential things in life?” You would probably come up with many answers. But I am pretty sure you wouldn’t ignore the below!
- Family,
- Friends,
- Education,
- Hometown,
- Workplace.
Of course, there are a lot more things that could be considered but among all, these become the roots to circle back.
Let me elaborate.
1. Family
I believe certain things in life are difficult to describe in words and it can only be experienced. Such is Family. I’m unsure to describe those relationships through words since it might not add justice to the feeling but let me try my level best.
Father ~> No matter what, he decides only to give the best to his child. One who gives everything without expecting anything in return. All he wants is to see his child grow bigger and better.
Mother ~> Love! True love! Pure love! Eternal love! I’m unable to match with words any further. Our happiness matters a lot to her.
Siblings ~> One wouldn’t enjoy life to the fullest without them. When we look back from the future, it is the nostalgic memories around sibling rivalry & pranks that are shared as feeding-time/bedtime stories with grandchildren. Life is incomplete without all those annoying fights and little cuter sacrifices.
Relatives ~> haha… Errr! It’s unfair if I miss quoting them here. Some of the feedback from relatives may sound to be criticizing in manner. But I believe it’s more important to have critics in life. They help us open the closed doors (opportunities) in front of us. Be thankful for them.

2. Friends
Water has no shape, size, color, taste. It appears as various forms in a pond, river, sea, falls. Isn’t it something that is very essential in our lives? I remember reading this quote somewhere, “Water is the elixir of life”……. So does “Friends”
No matter how big is the fire spreading in the forest, it takes only a little rain to extinguish it. Similarly, whatever may be the problems we face, a simple word from a friend “paathukalam macha!” (We’ll take care bro!) will strengthen us.
The value of Friendship can be realized in worse moments than in any happy moments.

3. Education
A hunter knows how to aim a bow accurately from an arrow to catch his prey. If he doesn’t set a target, he would starve.
Being born in a millennial era, we can’t accuse the education system for its standard. We all are given opportunities to explore and experiment, unlike our ancestors. I also realized that learning has no boundaries.
As bow and arrow are given, it’s the duty of the hunter to make use of it by setting the right target. The clarity of vision would help him/her in learning and earning.

4. Home~town
I’m not sure if anyone could connect my emotions with regards to this. The value of certain things will be only realized when it is missed or lost. “ TN 76 ” wherever I go, whatever I do, my heart always finds its way back to my beautiful hometown end of the day. For the past 7 years, education and career had drawn me away from my hometown but as there’s this saying ‘Home is where the heart is!’ my profound love just became stronger to cover the worry about long distance. Words can’t express how I feel getting back to home, my home and hometown will always be my go-to place.
வாழ்ந்தாலும், வீழ்ந்தாலும் “ஊர் சொல்ல” வேண்டும்! 😁
5. Workplace
Be it a businessman, entrepreneur or a daily wager — They would never compromise when it comes to WORK. The dedicated amount of passion/contribution will determine the next steps in one’s career. As the world is evolving every day, the BOSS (authoritative /dominating) system is likely to fade away and there comes the LEADER (being an inspiration/mentor) system in the workplace.
Stats says, Employees, begin looking for career opportunities where an organization shifts their mindsets,
From profits to purpose,
Hierarchies to networks,
Controlling to empowering,
Planning to experiment,
Privacy to transparency.
Few statistical reports and figures prove such culture and mindset transformation in workplaces helps in better productivity compared to others.
I would proudly say Orangescape is one such company that functions under the tagline of “Happy employees make happy customers” and I believe this is the secret fuel that rides us in a rocket speed.
You might wonder what the above saying has to do anything with this article…….
Sometimes the twist to my plot is revealed by the end of the article…!
Of all the categories mentioned above, I strongly believe the last category plays an inevitable role in sustainable living. Without a benefit of the doubt, Kissflow is a perfect fit for the 5th category to an essential living.
Fortunately, it resembles a lot more with the rest than just being placed in the last category. Wonder how?
