Set your sights on the Stone biome if you have a heart of stone and hands of steel! Stone is one of the first and most crucial things that formed human civilizations. In Kitsumon, the Stone biomes are blessed with extraordinary attributes that gives whoever lives there the power to craft. So if you are looking forward to crafting magnificent tools in the world of Kitsumon, get ready to step on the stones! The Stone biome is not only for Craftsmen though. Most of the professions benefit from the effects of this biome, however, you should also closely evaluate the negatives of these stones so they don’t weigh you down! The open world of the Stone biome is full of creatures and dungeons that you can explore, rewarding you with precious items that you can use to progress in many professions. Keep searching, and you will find great treasures beneath the stones.

Effects on Professions

The stone biome is arguably the most advantageous biome for crafting, but that’s not all. This biome also has several global effects that apply to your other biomes as well!

Farming:

• Growth speed decreases by 15% for all plants and trees
• There is a 20% chance that Fruit Trees will drop 50% fewer fruits upon harvest
• All plants and trees need 25% more water to grow
• One type of flower does not grow in this land

Mining:

• XP for all mining activities increases by 5% even outside this land plot
• Mine Layer 6 is only available in this biome and the Badlands biome
• Coal and rare rocks spawn 20% more often in this biome

Cooking:

• Cooking all food types including red meat gives 15% more XP
• Chance to burn increases by 12.5% for all food types

Crafting:

• XP gained from all crafting activities increases by 15%
• Some of the highest level tools are only craftable in this biome
• Crafting workshop level 11 is only available in this biome
• XP increase for leveling up increases by 6% per level (XP increase will be 10% per level instead of 9.4%)
• There is one more level of each of the workbenches available in this biome

Alchemy:

• 20% higher speed in making Amulets and Talismans
• 15% lower chance of failing when making Amulets and Talismans
• 10% lower XP for making potions
• 10% higher chance to fail at making potions

Fishing:

• You can’t increase the size of your pond in this region
• Some fish types cannot reproduce in this region
• The chance to catch fish decreases by 7% if you own a land plot in this biome

A small amount of the Kitsumon world is made of Stone, making it a somewhat rare biome. Similarly to the Badlands, the Stone biome also has quite a few dungeons and puzzles to solve. Uncover the mysteries of this biome and the locals will reward you for it handsomely.
