International Cat Day was created in 2002 by the International Fund of Animal Welfare along with special days for many other pets like dog, fish and bird.

On the International Cat Day, people spoil and pamper their beloved kitties. But honestly, answer me this, is there any day you don’t want to pamper your queen or your tom when they are just lying there on the floor, purring at you and meowing all days?

Now you know the day.

On that day, gather all your kitties in your room for a celebration with full dishes of tuna cakes and empty boxes.
