What does “fueler” mean to all of us in KiwisMedia? | #DailyBlink92
We often get asked regarding this “fueler” thing that we use on our bio and also we use in our merchandise.
It came from our first slogan:
“Fueling Inspired Brands”
We took a leap from building a marketplace of companies and startups to a portfolio based social platforms for the 1% dreamers & doers. [story for a different day]
Long story short. Fueler is a silent movement. A movement within you when you decide to make this world a little better than you have found it. Even if it is with your minuscule contribution.
Startups succeed when overqualified people do the dirty work.

Each one of us started working literally with nothing. Making our living through underpaid works, because we are a bunch of young lads starting their career with very minimum exposure and experience. Well, it was enough to buy us food, shelter & the internet. Priority is the same till today. Currently, we are reinvesting the surplus profit on building micro products that will eventually help our users in a long run.

Even if we had limited exposure in terms of opportunities, we always strive to learn from the best. Thanks to the internet for making this happen. This is astonishing at times that anybody from tier 2, 3, 4 cities coming from a tier 2, 3, 4 & 5 educational institutes without any special tag can infinitely leverage and utilize the internet with their right intention, passion, and focus. Least to mention, today one can learn and build their own project just with the help of the internet.
The possibilities are endless. Literally.

Fuelers have some qualities. Not everyone is a fueler. You have to earn the fueler tag. It is like a proud to be a fueler. One in 100 like feeling. Fuelers should have creativity, passion, energy, ethics, value, capable of taking bold moves, challenging power, craziness, inspiring, and most importanly hunger for learning in order to give the best output in their field. Fueler is a feeling of team spirit so that you are capable to work as a team. You should helpful like a teacher to your teammates and learn like students from your teammates.
