This is the fourth and final article in our Getting Started as a Klaviyo Developer four-part series.

So far, we have discussed modeling data and workflows, mapping models to Klaviyo, and testing and go-live. Now that you understand the foundation for building with Klaviyo, we are excited to share opportunities for growing your business with Klaviyo.

Technical support

When you are building on top of any platform, it can be helpful to meet with the team behind it and discuss strategy and troubleshoot any questions you may have. Klaviyo has several different channels to assist with technical support.

  • Partner support and onboarding specialist — When you are bringing a customer onto Klaviyo, we offer partner-specific support and onboarding specialists to help your customers get the most out of Klaviyo and make your team look great doing it.

Tech Partner Program Overview

Klaviyo’s SI / Agency Partner Programs

Whether you’re enthusiastic about building custom solutions for Klaviyo customers (current or prospective) and want to be rewarded for introducing new businesses to our platform, or an agency who wants to provide marketing services for current and prospective Klaviyo customers — the Klaviyo SI / Agency Partner program is an opportunity to grow your business, while helping other businesses achieve their goals through the use of Klaviyo.

We offer three tracks within Klaviyo’s SI and Agency partner programs:

Advisor track:

For partners who want to refer businesses to Klaviyo, but are not actively managing clients’ Klaviyo accounts. If your goal is to provide solution consulting and help customers make technology decisions, but do not manage the technology yourself.

Master track

Master Partners provide marketing services on behalf of our mutual customers. This is typically Email, SMS, design, and performance marketing services that may include strategic guidance, technical support, and implementation.
