During the period of 1998, my Dad, Mr. Vijayakumar Pookat, used to work for a couple of Construction Companies that involved Site Work in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain, the Emirates of UAE.

The same period when a Red Maruti Esteem was driven by my Grandfather, Shri. C. Shivashankara. Menon, through his employment at Enarc Construction, a book was bought for Training himself during the job-shift from Small Buildings and Quarters Construction at Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC).

The book was on Piling and Construction Foundations, helpful for the Construction Foundation Sites.

I am a Technical Expert in Database Development and Programming. Even-though I was unfortunate to not use a Dictionary in my Game designed by me and inspired from an ITV Programme, Brainteaser, also Word-Pyramid.

The importance of a Dictionary in terms of a Data Structures or within GoTo Statements of a Borland C++ Programme created in a Floppy Disk, was known after speaking to My Computer Science Teacher about the usage of hard-coded patterns.

The hard-coded patterns matched two-three possibilities of words which would appear alternatively after giving a Hint down the Pyramid after the previous word-occurence.

3. After Completing the event at LEAP 2023, in February and preparing towards other Hackathons such as — Rock the Pitch, Intel oneAPI Hackathon and the Rolls-Royce Hackathon, I looked for something extra-ordinary at Kingston University, hoping I would land into some event.

On 8th March 2023, I had the opportunity to meet one of the Guest Lecturers who came to the Kingston University, London for teaching MSc Environment Management Students. He spoke about the CTX as a Brand and the CTX Project Repository for Carbon Trading and its usage within Projects. At the time, I was also part of the Digital Government Authority, Mentorship Programme with Muhammed Aljaali and Mohammad Sear.

He also spoke about a Climate Change book released in 1998 where he worked with Banks solving connections from the Financial Sectors.

I came with a Presentation and raised few questions in the Meeting about:

  1. — Do you use any Computer-Vision Techniques for measuring the Dumping of CO2 wastes into the Atmosphere.
  2. — The Carbon Neutrality in the Presentation showing Positive and Negative Values of Carbon-Footprint.

He finally gave us the Chicklets with Carbon Trading Brand.

Risk & Regulations Summit 2023.

26 Store St, The Building Centre, London, WC1E 7BT — March 2023

4. Building Safety: event started with a couple of Industry, Domain Experts and Writers in Construction Sector talking about LABC, Risk & Regulations and Projects left with Governmental Regulations and Compliance.

Risk & Regulations Summit 2023
Risk & Regulations Summit 2023.

One of the main highlights is the NetZero Problem, with Energy Consumption in Buildings.

Inside this meeting were several discussions, including regulatory compliance for the United Kingdom Construction Industry. There were discussions inside the House, The Building, that United Kingdom and the Construction Sector cannot handle a lot of compliance issues.

The questions I have raised during the event is that: whether the United Kingdom Construction Industry: is facing any Disclosure Problems.

I also raised questions on Information Governance with the Information Exchange tied within the Asset Information Model and a need for such Information Governance (IG) Framework(s). There are Mike 2.0 Information Governance Standards questioned on the Usage with BIM and BIM Models. It was funny to ask that I was asking the question on a Microphone at First Row of the Seats during the Q n A Session. 😊😊😊😊😊😊.

Regulations and Standards

One of the speakers referred to the United States (US) when there was a discussion on the Regulations Applied to the Construction Industry.

I happened to recollect later that a SOX-compliance will be necessary for Construction Industries focusing on the Insurance Sector or for Accountability.

The Discussions on the Building Safety, FIREie Standards connected to BS-8644 British Standards, were made by Speakers at the Event including Authors, Industry Experts and Publication and Editorial Directors at Companies.

Having mentioned about ITU GovStack Government-Based Service-Designs, I feel my research on the Potential Service Designs displayed at the GDS, Government Digital Standards, are fully understood.

The Community Team focused on a Two-person Talk from a Sustainability Graduate from the Kingston University and Co-Founder of a Sustainable Design based Business.

The Person who Accompanied the Talk was a Buildings Contractor who spoke about the Topic in general.

As I was more focused on the Business part of the Presentation and Content-Preparation in the Session, I raised a question to the Community Team on:

Q: Any Relevant Tools for Producing the Statistics and Visualization on a Carbon-footprint Usage relevant for a Community

As I was also interested in Carbon-footprint Monitoring while certain Construction Activities are going on Site, I wanted to understand if the Enterprise can cope-up with Carbon-Usage for any Projects involving Railways, Construction, Manufacturing or Transportation.

The Building Bridge House, Twickenham

The Bridge House Constructed just alongside the Bridge gave an impact of Building Safety when I saw initially in 2016. I had an interview with the Haymarket Media where I attended an interview with Adobe for a Front-end Developer Position based off the Building.

While attending the BIG South London Meeting at the Twickenham Exchange Building, I met-up with this Building again — The Building Bridge House which could have been built when Asbestos Usage was allowed to be used as a Building Material.
