My Initial Claim with the Contact HMRC
Research & Expenditure Credits (RDEC) — CT600L
An Initials Claim Through Pitches and Presentations
For the Research & Expenditure Credits Claimed through a Corporation Tax (Addendum) Form CT600L, with reforms introduced after April 2023, things were easy initially.
My idea is Simple, I presented a Mind-Map with the Brand KlinterAI. The Mind-Map is drawn using Canva Engineering to show the extent of the idea with multiple dimensions of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
Through the period from Jan 2023 to Sept 2023, I attended 9–11 Competitions getting 4 of them Awarded — Including Bright Ideas as a Kingston University, Alumni.
Mind-Map
The Mind-Map involved Dimensions of BIM:
- 4D: Scheduling.
- 5D: Costing.
- 6D: Energy Consumption.
- 7D: Documents and Assets.
Through the idea presentations and review making of the Prototype(s), I covered — Some Activities in Soil and Earthmoving, Creating Tabular data Costing & Classification-Codes Synthetically using Mockaroo.
In the idea formation and the Health & Safety Approval, the Material Minimization was considered one of the main outcomes of having the Site Monitoring and Observability in Place.
Poster I made during the Claim Period
The Mockups my team made during the Competitions involved: —
Data Analysis and Visualization
Video on an MVP Prototype
Website Explaining the Gantt-Chart Populating from Computer-Vision Results
I, also developed VEXF (Vision Exchange Format) that involved Presentations After Object-Detection and Presenting Information through Anonymity.
The VEXF (Vision Exchange Format) and How it Fits in To Computer Vision
With VEXF, there are a lot of ideas to be presented and approval for usage of such a technical stack under the Observability Theme.
The Vision Exchange Format (VEXF) is designed to consist of identifiers concerning the Machinery at Site, identifiers of IoT (Internet of Things) and is used to Obtain Operational Time and Remaining Metadata while the Site is Operational.
VEXF: Computer-Vision, Business-Activity, Trade-Activity, Information-Exchange, Health & Safety Approval
The VEXF (Vision Exchange Format) seems to be an essential toolkit to align the objectives of providing discoverability to the transferred data over network and database. Moreover, the activity data transferred over network could be subjected to monitoring through the devices they get transferred through. It would also be easier to bring in additional devices to the same site to conform to the same VEXF standards.
The VEXF Formats would improve interoperability between sites for majority of works involving environment/climate, forecasting work and predominantly as a reporting toolkit to inform the financial beneficiaries, political beneficiaries and the regulators.
To talk about the beginning of the Startup, it started with the completion of my MSc. Dissertation in Data Science about “Addressing the Concept Drift in Face Recognition” in a specified town or county, talking about the regulatory challenges faced through Face Recognition.
I went through a couple of New Project Proposals in Edge Computing domains: with the relevance to integrating the Drift-Detection into the Edge Computing devices such as Cameras. Some instances of eBPF (Extended Berkley Packet Filters) were also found relevant which made me apply towards:
— — The Digital Government Authority Hackathon, WSIS Forum 2023
— — The Intel oneAPI Hackathon 2022–2023
My Business, HEAD SHIP LTD, had several Presentation and Pitches digitally. Then, after finishing the final Hackathon, the SAS Hackathon 2023, the Business got back to Expenditure and Journal Tracking into Sage.
Achievements during the Startup Initiation Period

1. Pitches, Presentations, Technical Paper for Publishing, A Dataset, Technical Elicitation and Analysis, Computer-Vision, Subscription Towards My Initial VC.
The Pitches I atended and presented through competitions and team work are:
- WSIS Forum 2023 and DigitalGovHack, LEAP 2023
- Bright Ideas Finalist, 2022/2023
- Meet the Drapers Virtual Pitch Online

Initial Competition and the Pitch Sessions involved Designing the Solution to aim at the Productivity Impacts. The Initial GovHack Competition involved: extended Sessions in Geneva, Switzerland with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU). Through WSIS Forum 2023, we were assigned mentors and HackerEarth, a competition platform based in Bengaluru.
The Pitch Session involved explaining the risks involved in the Industry, and mitigating such risks. Economical Impacts were explained, alongside mentioning the Beneficiaries in-relation to the Brand, KlinterAI.
Several other platforms were introduced: such as the Rolls Royce Hackathon 2023 and the Rolls Royce GCAP Competition. One of my Venture Capitalists or Investor Platform company, SeedLegals, came through the TV-show Meet The Drapers.
