Notes: RHP Dylan Covey was returned to the Chicago White Sox from his rehab assignment today and activated by the team. Covey, who will start today’s game for the White Sox at the Oakland A’s, made three rehab appearances with the Knights (all starts) and allowed just one earned run over 10.0 innings pitched. He began the rehab assignment with the Knights on June 26. Overall with the Knights in 2019, Covey is 0–0 with a 1.85 ERA in eight games (six starts). Covey, 27, has appeared in nine games (seven starts) this season with the White Sox and is 1–4 with a 4.58 ERA (37.1 IP).
