RHP Dylan Covey to begin MLB Rehab Assignment with Charlotte Knights

Notes: RHP Dylan Covey, who is currently on the Chicago White Sox 10-day Injured List with right shoulder inflammation, will make a rehab start tonight for the Charlotte Knights at BB&T Ballpark. The Knights host the Gwinnett Stripers (Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves) in game one of a quick two-game series starting tonight at 7:04 p.m. from Uptown Charlotte.
Covey, 27, has appeared in nine games (seven starts) this season with the White Sox and is 1–4 with a 4.58 ERA (37.1 IP). He has also appeared in five games (three starts) with the Knights this season and is 0–0 with a 2.51 ERA (14.1 IP).
