Grudzielanek Meets the Media…

As the Charlotte Knights embark on their 30th season in franchise history, the team introduced their new manager, Mark Grudzielanek, to the media on Wednesday, January 18th.

Grudzielanek, who enters his first season in the Chicago White Sox system, was welcomed by members of the Knights front office staff and the media at the 11:30 AM press conference.

A 15-year major league veteran, Grudzielanek talked about the upcoming 2017 campaign, his time as a player, his notable managers, and more. With a busy offseason for the White Sox on the trade front, the former All-Star infielder, who compiled over 2,000 hits in his career, is primed for an exciting year at the helm of the Knights.
