After the 2019 season concluded, I began to think about compiling a Charlotte Knights All-Decade Team. This team, which consists of standouts from the Charlotte Knights past decade (2010–19), has been a lot of fun to put together. Although I wasn’t there for the 2010 and 2011 seasons, I started working for the Knights in 2012 — so I have seen eight of the 10 seasons! Still, players from the 2010 and 2011 teams are being considered, I assure you that.

The plan was to unveil this team leading into 2020 Opening Day, which was originally scheduled for Thursday, April 9th in Durham, NC.

Please Note: A position player must have played at least 70 games at a position to be considered for the All-Decade Team. The utility position will feature players who played a compilation of positions (adding up to at least 70 games) during their time with the Knights.
