Knights Receive Award at Winter Meetings

Back in September, Minor League Baseball announced award winners for their inaugural Esurance Home Field Advantage Award. The award honors the communities who best supported their hometown MiLB teams this season.
One Minor League Baseball team in each of the 14 leagues was named as the Esurance Home Field Advantage Award winner based on the highest percentage capacity of the ballpark during the 2016 season. (All winners can be found in the image above).
On Monday, December 5 at the 2016 MLB Winter Meetings, the Knights, along with the other 13 teams, received their award at the annual Awards Luncheon. Charlotte Knights Chief Operating Officer, Dan Rajkowski, was presented the award in front of the crowd.
