OF Adam Engel recalled by the Chicago White Sox

Notes: OF Adam Engel appeared in 64 games with the Charlotte Knights season and hit .270 (67-for-248) with 43 runs scored, 13 doubles, four triples, nine home runs, 29 RBIs, and 13 stolen bases. Engel was optioned to Charlotte from the Chicago White Sox on May 5 and added to Charlotte’s active roster on May 6. Engel began the season with the White Sox and is hitting .212 (11-for-52) with seven runs scored, two doubles, one triple, one home run, and four RBIs in 26 games this season.

OF Charlie Tilson has appeared in 26 games with the Knights this season and is hitting .333 (34-for-102) with 20 runs scored, seven doubles, two triples, one home run, 20 RBIs, and four stolen bases. He hit .229 (33-for-144) with five doubles, one home run, 12 RBIs, and four stolen bases in 54 games with the White Sox since being recalled on May 6.
