Notes: OF Paulo Orlando, a native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, appeared in 24 games this season with Triple-A Oklahoma City (Los Angeles Dodgers). The 33-year-old was hitting .211 (15-for-71) with nine runs scored, five doubles, one triple, two home runs, seven RBIs, and one stolen base this season. He has spent parts of four seasons in the majors with the Kansas City Royals (278 career games) and owns a .263 (230-for-874) batting average.

OF Preston Tucker was released by the Chicago White Sox today (signed with the Kia Tigers of the KBO League). Tucker hit .284 (23-for-81) with 14 runs scored, eight doubles, one home run, and 10 RBIs in 24 games with the Knights this season.
