A customer need will find talent, wherever it exists in the world.

Both customer needs and corresponding services will be global as well as local, simultaneously.

Those who understand this paradigm will probably take the right steps in this direction, earlier than others. They will have a slight advantage. They will need to continuously adapt to changes to maintain this lead.

The best organizations in the world will do this better, more often and more consistently.

Places where dynamic changes happen quickly and where customer needs are growing in quality and volume will be more likely to breed such organizations.

India is likely to be one of many such breeding grounds across the world.
