1. Walk in Nature
Enough said. Walking in nature grounds us and reminds us that our problems are so small compared to the vast expanses of our Earth. Nature reminds us how beautiful and limitless life on Earth is. Also, there is a positive link between vitamin D and mood. Get that sun in!
2. Do a Face Mask
They’re relaxing, fun, and can be silly. Wearing a face mask that gives you the face of a panda probably has scientific data to prove how much it’ll improve your mood. Doing a face mask counts as self-care and will improve your mood. Win-win!
