Feel your feelings.
The main reason people get stuck on their healing journey is because they are trying to think their way out of their feelings.
When really, healing is what happens when our vulnerability (our feelings) and love meet.
We are avoiding both love and vulnerability when our minds are constantly spinning about why we’re feeling what we’re feeling and what we need to do in order to feel better.
What you really need to do in this situation is to sink into your body and simply let yourself feel the emotion that needs to be felt. It is simple, but it is not easy.
