As I turned 26, I realised how far I’ve come in life learning some of the most amazing lessons that let me lead a life of content.

I would recommend you read and adopt as many of these transformative lessons as possible for a better quality of life.

  • I have the smallest circle I’ve ever had in my life, and I’m grateful for having only the best people around – no negativity, drama, jealousy, or backstabbing.
  • I’ve learned to say NO and stopped entertaining nonsense from anyone.
  • I’ve stopped trying to please people at the cost of hurting myself. I do what I love, and I’m not moulding my ways; others will adjust if they want to.
  • Peace and happiness are my only goals. I do what brings me peace and joy, avoiding people and situations that disturb me otherwise.
  • People love to gossip and they won’t change no matter what. Despite their opinions, I remain happy in my world.
