A Morning Mess

I woke up almost vomiting
the alcohol from last night, what a mess I’d say
as I was looking in the mirror with red eyes
is this the man you’re sleeping with?
Did you ever try to hold a pen for more than 1 day?
I am wondering what would happen then
perhaps you could put that mess on a paper
and call it creation.
Even if you know nothing, just try
it’s a secret road, darling
where the unknown is all
we know.
