Water. It’s one of the basic elements of life. You might even call it the essence of life, at least on our planet.

Earth is 71% water. Experiments suggest that speaking kindly or cruelly to a glass of water, silly as it may seem, can change the physical structure of the water. On average, our bodies are 60% water, and our brains are 75% water. Doesn’t it make sense, then, that we only speak kindly to ourselves?

Consider this: every beverage we consume is mostly water. Whatever the beverage is, it’s probably traveled a long way from its source to get to you, through pipes and processes, and even if it’s straight from the source, it’s still a recycled cloud with another life you don’t know about.

Your beverage has likely been handled and lugged by various people in various locales, all of whom left their energetic vibration on the water you intend to imbibe.

It’s called interbeing, and it’s the nature of reality.

Given that truth, wouldn’t it be a good idea to bless your beverages with good intentions before you add them to your own, personal body of water, the one that makes up so much of who you are?
