COURAGE IS NEEDED IN FACING WHO WE ARE

It’s painful sometimes to face who we are.

She’s sitting thereafter in an intensive sadhana (practice) section. That day these images appeared again while she was meditating. Those images would flood her mind from time to time since she but a little child. She used to wonder where they came from, and why she kept seeing them, and she never understood why…until that day.
