Endure
A Poem
In this realm of love, I arrived,
A lamb led to the slaughter’s stride.
I met demise, time after time,
To prove invincibility, a sublime chime.
To banish your fears of death’s cruel snare,
They hurled rocks, hoping I’d disappear.
But I defied their fiery plight,
Resurrected, loved with all my might.
Water’s depths engulfed my soul,
Yet, upon its surface, I found my role.
Not just to love, but to endure, Through tempests fierce, steadfast and pure.
Their burdens heavy, upon me they laid,
Guiding them to find strength amidst the shade.
I shun the weight of what’s not mine, But even if sinking, I’ll carry the sign.
For it signifies love, resolute and true,
Revealing my mettle, unyielding to rue.
In this poem’s tapestry, my purpose unfurled,
A testament to love’s enduring, eternal world.
