How To Create Eternal Happiness
The challenge of letting yourself shine.

Eternal happiness sounds way too good to be true, but trust me when I tell you a lot of you are already in the process of making it happen.
The key to eternal happiness is to let your light shine.
This sounds super straightforward, but it’s actually pretty difficult to do, especially when society makes people feel like crap for simply being themselves.
You have to completely embrace who you are down to the core. This means coming to terms with the parts of yourself that you may not like so much.
It’s easy for me to sit here and tell you to just love yourself the way God made you, but I know it can be extremely difficult to do.
There are so many little things we may experience in everyday life that may seem insignificant but actually have a profound effect on how we view ourselves.
The unrealistic standards that society has placed on us is truly suffocating and social media is not helping at all.
You need to remember that what you see online is not the real deal. These Instagram influencers that you think are born perfect have a team working behind them to make them look the way they do. They have good lighting, good makeup, good editors, and good surgeons. Absolutely no hate for people that get plastic surgery, it’s your body and you choose what you do with it. If it helps you feel more confident, then go for it!
But if you take away all of the factors that makes an Instagram model an Instagram model, they are just like you and me— a normal person.
This is just one of the many examples of things that can make us feel ashamed to be who we are.
I have a very bubbly personality. A lot of my friends always ask me how so much energy fits in my tiny little body. I never saw anything wrong with my personality because, well, it’s who I am. My soul just wants me to be happy!
Growing up, I had a lot of people tell me I need to tone it down a bit and before I knew it, my bubbly, energetic personality had died. I was now quiet little bunny that always sat in the corner of the room.
