I am a magical creature. I sense the power of my heritage and my future together inside me. I do not circle myself with limitations, but with awareness of Source and its limitless presence within me. I have discovered all this from listening to my body.

A light resides in the center of me, a healing light that speaks to me when I enter anxiety over some physical ailment and when my emotions become uncertain and troubled. I have learned how to listen to this light. I was given its wisdom the moment I was born. As are we all.

The body always speaks the truth. So I ask. No matter how mundane or serious the matter, I ask. An answer always comes.

My questions used to be many, but now I ask the body just one: Should I be worried about this? The body is connected, like an infinity symbol of connection, from the light at the center of us to the heart to the brain, ever moving in the figure eight of wholeness together. The voice comes from the center, the answer from wholeness.

Should I be worried if I cannot lift my left arm high? If the spider bite has infected my skin for a week? If the tooth is aching? If the feet are experiencing sharp pains or swelling? If…
