My 3 Meditation Techniques
One cold, one hot and one ‘just right’

It is very easy to meditate in solitude, in a heavenly Buddhist temple like this guy, in a forest, in the mountains or in a quiet beach. It is much harder to meditate in a large city like Athens, Berlin or Tokyo though.
I can get easy access to all the above, but I do not want to choose the easy way out of a solitary or ascetic life to reduce the noise I get from -and send to- others. I like Beauty, particularly its femme variant, a bit too much to be a monk, though I’d still do it for a spell.
Either in a Buddhist temple outside Kuala Lumpur or Tibet or in a ‘cell’ in Agio Oros (Holy Mount) of Greece, a serene peninsula full of Greek Orthodox -and some Russian Orthodox- churches where “No women are allowed.” The monks are easily tempted after all ;)
Once I was about to go to Agio Oros for a couple of months. But I let boredom back in and I lost the will for just about everything, including knowing and mastering myself better. But let’s move on to meditation. I only got bits and pieces from formal Eastern meditation techniques with labels attached.
