My Chakra Shadow Work Journal Is Now Available 🥳
Wohoooo! What an exciting day this is.😀 And oh, man, what a wild ride creating this journal has been!
What Is It All About?
Your girl is all about integrating that shadow self & asking the right reflective questions (almost all of the prompts I realease on a weekly basis are questions) so I thought why not mix the two together and build a practical workbook? It contains a total of 156 pages, 7 sections and 140 questions that you can contemplate on. It also contains a short guide on how to use the journal to get the best benefits out of it, an introduction to shadow work and a brief summary of the 7 Chakras, also known as the energy points in our bodies.
Questions →Self Reflection →Awareness
The reason why asking questions is significant, is because they have the power to trigger deep reflection, which inevitably leads to an increase of self awareness and an acknowledgement of the root cause of our disempowering habits/patterns and unhelpful beliefs. Awareness should, of course, always be followed by action (self hypnosis, repetition, or whatever works best for you) in order for change to occur. Yes, you guessed it, change comes from within!
There are 20 specific questions for each Chakra that will reveal any potential emotional blockages. These blockages can affect our overall wellbeing and create struggles in all areas of life, hence identifying them is an essential step in the process of healing.
I’m not gonna lie…Some of them are going to be uncomfortable! You might want to consider reflecting on them in silence and solitude, but there are no rules. You do you! Whatever works best for you.
Just remember, the more honest you are with your answers, the more layers you peel off and the closer you get to a less programmed you.
You Are A Work In Progress
You are! And that’s okay! That’s what makes this journey so exciting and its also what sparked my idea to create this journal —an understanding that we are imperfect beings doing the best we can. A better understanding of ourselves and everything that is being manifested in the physical realm leads to less resistance and more acceptance of the experiences we are presented with. Oh, and less labeling!
If you choose to give it a try, I hope it benefits you as much as it benefitted me creating it and working through it. I left bits of my soul in each page and a lot of uplifting energy in each word!
Remember to leave feedback — your reviews are highly appreciated and would help a lot. Thank you for all the support and for believing in me and the publication. We are expanding KTHT’s wings beyond Medium to reach more hearts and stimulate more minds!
P.S: Don’t know if you noticed, but the journal itself is a Mandala — reinforcing the idea of wholeness and interconnectedness. Yes I know, so sneaky!
