Nimbus

witchcraft under the moon

When two dots of light unite
do they annihilate
or condense
the distance between
intention and destination?

Would they infuse
and demagnetize
all the curses
that have seeped
into a monolith

Fragile, lightweight
drops of dew
dissolve those rocks like acid
dispersing remnants
into pool of flowers,
as they absorb
all the blue light
of the stars that appear golden,
dusted behind the eyes
years and years away
longer than centuries of wait

They who know
that the storm can only
change the course
but not the identity
stay iconic,
remarkable,
with a rewardable authenticity

A single-colored moon,
the spectrum of clouds
simplicity,
magnificence,
a chilling conflict
in the same sky
and I stand on the ground
rooting for love!
