There was a time when I would’ve panicked.

There was a time when my stomach would’ve twisted into itself, twisted into a million notes, folding in on itself, crushing out of the present moment. Except, today I didn’t.

Come to think of it, I haven’t panicked in a while. I haven’t run away from silence.

Instead, I’ve run towards it. I’ve been craving it.

My bedroom feels different. It feels alive. I can hear whispers in the walls, whispers of sweetness.

The place becomes concentrated. It becomes a temple.

When you consecrate a space, you are infusing it with positive energy…
