my burden shadows
willow energy below
falsity has no entry
as bewildered emotions
forget silhouette aimed gossip
I spiral no more
oxygen maintains euphoria
blanketing my existence
personal restraints let go
of heavy withered stems
stress expectations mend
I am relaxed
internally speechless
clutter free of anxious debris
gentle self-awareness
extends calm strength
no ignorant voice present
I am mentally silent
thoughts arise then fade
I breathe and be
I allow my meditation
set me free
