Although they are as
light as air
yet shedding them
makes you feel
light as if you
unloaded an
unbearable weight
from your weary heart!

They are not just
the witness of pain
but also the partner of pleasure
and unspeakable joy!

magical, salty droplets
that seem to have
an eternal bond
with your soul
spanning across ages?
