My schedule is perfect. I know when to get up, when to write and stop, and when to eat. Sleep has its own agenda, and I’m okay with it. I’m all good if I sleep 4 to 6 hours a night. I recently added dance to the mix. Each day, I calculate when I will have time for an hour in the gym for a dance class or weight training. I’m adjusting to a fun but hard-to-manage new dance schedule.
