Judgment patrollin’

Emotional roller coaster
Oh look! I’m gonna to roast her!

Thirty seconds later
Left feeling like a hater

Burdened, feeling distraught
Soul left to rot

No conscious awareness
In the aftermath of this emotional mess

Just go meditate
Get back in tune with my fate

Happiness is the key
Post some more pictures, just make it about me

Feeling so much negative distraction
Hoping and wishing for some positive traction

Get back on social media
Look for a better idea

On how to live life
Without so much strife

Completely unaware of the toll
And in it my own role

Of my social media diet
Mind’s running wild, won’t keep quiet

Who can I blame
Cuz my life’s got no flame
