We Are All Murderers — a poem written by Soheil Erfani Tabar

“There once lived a man,
Above all the laws.
Being carefree,
Something of a saint or not.”

“A unique set of skills,
Making him apart,
From all that has been,
From all to come.”

“A murderer,
Caged by his own kind,
For a blood that spilled,
For the light that’s gone.”

“A life has been perished,
Guilty of the charge,
The man lives freely,
Although in his own thoughts.”

“A killer of another killer,
That’s what he is!
A monster in disguise,
An Angel that falls.”

“A righteous man,
In his own mind,
With many followers,
To share his thoughts.”

“And there are beings,
Living to be just,
Looking for the end,
To the madness aroused.”

“Taking lives,
Being evil or good,
It only relates,
To the point of view.”

“Is he guilty or not?
Who are we to determine?
I guess we all decide,
By the thoughts that we are.”
