What would it be like if you lived each day, each breath, as a work of art in progress? Imagine that you are a Masterpiece unfolding every second of every day, a work of art taking form with every breath.

We’re not just work in progress. We’re art in the making! I mean, look at us, comprised of infinite complex tiny pieces of puzzle, pouring our hearts into what we’re truly passionate about, leaving ourselves open for judgment and criticism. We’re brave. As a matter of fact, all artists are brave to live life creatively. No, you don’t have to fight dragons to be considered brave (sorry to burst your bubble!)

Remember to smile and laugh whilst working on yourself. Take your journey of healing seriously, but also take it lightly. A bit of humor and playfulness can make a big difference.
