What Do Jesus and I Have In Common?

Besides both being Jewish

Know Thyself, Heal Thyself

Yes, my friend Jean Carfantan, as you point out in the embedded link to which this is a response-as-story, deep down where it counts we are very alike. We are lovers and we believe in ethics and honor, and the spiritual essence of sharing such pleasures as meals. I also know we do not always understand each other, having issues of human construction, such as language, and maybe baggage, but I hope that happens less and less.

I am sure you and I had a misunderstanding regarding my and my co-editors’ (𝘋𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘢 𝘊. and Anthi Psomiadou) publication, to which we would love for you to regularly contribute:

I do not care what you write about. (Note to reader — “inside joke” coming). You want to wax poetic about sex at any level, I would welcome such ChannSpired writing. Sex would be great! There is nothing more spiritual than sex between soulmates — Katrina Bos champions this. I am sorry you have had to deal with prudes in other publications dressed-up as spiritual people.

My only concern regarding what we publish in ChannSpirations is relatability — the layperson-reader needs to walk away understanding why they read it there. Thus, for all submissions we generally require a note from the authors explaining to the reader why they submitted their work to us — what about it “celebrates synchronicities and the every-person-portal?”

I aim to open peoples eyes to the wonders of the universe:

Speaking only for myself here — I believe that Jesus was the first Hassidic Jew. The Hassidic movement has been corrupted by all the insular “black-hats” living in ghettos of their choice in Brooklyn and Monsey, NY. The first modern-day Hassid was the Bal Shem-Tov, an awakened soul with immense spiritual powers, who aimed to bring Torah to the common and un-erudite — I believe that Jesus, whose soul I have on the highest-power-authority was a lesser Hindu deity sent to incarnate because the world needed a Messenger, sought to do just that and likely the hierarchy of the Jewish priesthood felt threatened by the concept of farmers studying Torah (before any idiot accuses me of being an anti-semite, I am Jewish by ethnicity and would probably dig Kaballah)(John Levin, what do you think?).

Anyway, I have digressed a bit to make a point — for the reader to glean from reading Channspirations and Coincidences that every person on earth already has within them the portals to: a) the collective consciousness here on Earth, and b) the astral / celestial planes where reside the dearly departed souls, spirits, messengers, archetypes, angels, and deities, present around us at all times but vibrating at frequencies not perceptible to the five senses, then they need to read why the story connects to our message — God is available to speak to each and every person.

I showed a dear friend of mine the draft of everything up to this point and she thought the story was hanging unfinished, asking me if there’s something else in the back of my mind that I want to say — that got me thinking. I looked again at the Euripides quote, and me baiting y’all a bit with the title, and of course what’s been in the back of my mind is I hope no one is as stupid as the bible-beating-baptists, or maybe they were evangelicals, same difference to this Syncretist Creation of Lord Rama, who burned Beatles records when John, the author of the truest song ever, “All You Need is Love,” was taken out of context and sound-bited into people believing he said the Beatles were greater than Jesus. Jesus was a true prophet, a great man, with a soul far more advanced than I can ever achieve and I will be humbled if Lord Rama does me the honor of introducing us one day. I seek only for my message to reach a few — I was not sent to change the world.

(I also added the part about God’s availability in response to my friend / mentee / spiritual lover’s comment about something hanging unfinished. Thank you Esther George. Your mentor is pleased with your contribution.)

In Rama I create,

Marcus

Thank you Arthur G. Hernandez for inspiring me today, perhaps beyond your expectation — yet, perhaps not.
