ADVANCE CONFIDENTLY!

For a little background information, let’s begin with a question.

What is a GPA and why does it matter at all?

Your GPA, or Grade Point Average, is simply a numerical indicator, often based on your ability to test effectively, that tells how well or how high you either did or didn’t score in your courses on average.

It’s meant to provide a combined score, typically on a GPA scale between 1.0 and 4.0 during your studies in school and shows whether your overall grades have been high or low. This arbitrary number is then used to assess whether YOU, as a human being, meet the standards and expectations set by your school, vocational program, the degree program, university, college, job opportunity, potential employer, or any other entity interested in your academic performance.

Your Academic GPA may have extraordinarily little to do with your ability to be effective in life and at work, but your Grit Factor GPA can determine whether you have the resilience to stick with your dreams and goals over time.
