Illness make us focusing our healing forces.
Illness have us jailed in loops of pain and unease.
Illness creates a wall requiring a spiritual healing,
Requiring an instant spiritual conversion inside.
Illness is a way, a blessing to wake us up.
Illness makes our illness visible,
Illness shows we are out of tune.
It is not a malediction but a blessing.
Because we are spiritual forces at our command,
Spirituality begins only when true healing happens.
Then our chakras are aligned and all becomes easy
No more effort, meditation, exercises, just breathing.
