Welcome to the Knowledge Account v1.0 Overview Guide. This all-in-one Knowledge Account overview will provide all the details necessary for setup, and for claiming KnowledgeBot rewards.

To pre-register for a Knowledge Account, and earn a 5 KNW token sign up reward, follow this link: https://account.knowledge.io/sign-up/

Knowledge Account v1.0 — Home Tab

The home tab of the Knowledge Account has (4) core features built into Version 1.0.

Knowledge Profile

The Knowledge Profile is an early iteration of this module presenting just the chosen username for your Knowledge Account. In future updates, the Knowledge Profile will be expanded upon to display more of the data loaded into the Profile tab in the Knowledge Account.

Wallet Balance

The wallet balance module is tracking the ethereum wallet address that was put into your wallet address field in the Profile tab. This module, at the moment does not interact with your KnowledgeBot Rewards beyond already distributed KNW Token rewards. If KNW Token has already been rewarded to your provided ETH wallet address, then those KNW Tokens will display in your Wallet Balance module.

Knowledge Score

On the Home tab of the Knowledge Account is the dashboard. The key feature in this tab is the alpha release of the Knowledge Score. The Knowledge Score, in it’s alpha release is registering the scores accumulated from engagement with the KnowledgeBot pilots.

Knowledge Stories

To keep you updated on all things Knowledge, the Knowledge Stories module displays the latest feed of Knowledge updates directly from our Medium.

Knowledge Account v1.0 — Profile

Basic Information

The basic information section is where you can connect general details about yourself to your Knowledge Account. The only mandatory data is your username, first name, and email address. When there is a shield that appears next to a particular data field, that signifies that we have a validation mechanism either already optional, or soon to be patched. A green shield signifies that a field has been confirmed, a red shield signifies that a field has not been confirmed.

At the moment, email confirmation is done when a user signs up for a Knowledge Account. Phone validation will be conducted via an SMS message.

To validate a data field, click the shield icon next to the field, and follow the instructions provided within the lightbox that will appear upon click.

Wallet Addresses

The wallet address section is where users can connect their Ethereum, Waves, or Stellar receive addresses to claim their KNW Tokens, and KnowledgeBot Rewards.

Due to several of our KnowledgeBot pilots being built on Stellar and Waves platforms in addition to Ethereum tokens, we have added these fields to have the capability of communicating with our pilots regarding their token distributions. By adding your wallet details to your Knowledge Account, you are automatically enabled to receive KnowledgeBot rewards at the next scheduled distribution(s). The only remaining step to validate for KnowledgeBot rewards is verification of your Telegram username used when playing the quiz game. In the social networks section below, this process is outlined.

Social Networks

Knowledge Account v1.0 comes with social integrations for your Facebook, Twitter and Telegram usernames. In this first iteration, the Telegram username field can be validated as displayed by the example image provided. By following the steps provided for Telegram verification, your account will be fully enabled to receive KnowledgeBot rewards for your engagement. If you do not have a Telegram username set, and just a phone number, you will not be able to validate your username and receive KnowledgeBot Rewards.

Knowledge Account v1.0 — Rewards

The Knowledge Account Rewards tab displays all of your rewards history in the Knowledge Ecosystem in one, simple ledger. Rewards history is divided into (4) data columns to provide a quick understanding of where the rewards came from, and why. The (4) are: when you engaged with the Knowledge Ecosystem, what source within the Knowledge Ecosystem provided the engagement reward, what was the engagement action taken, and how many tokens were rewarded.

At the top of the Knowledge Rewards tab, there are three boxes for rewards totals. Pending reward balance is your KNW Token balance that has not yet been distributed into your provided wallet address. Distributed reward balance is the total of KNW Tokens that have already been distributed to your wallet. Total reward balance are all the KNW Tokens, and reward tokens from KnowledgeBot pilot projects.
