Trivia Spar has been prepped for release internationally, and will likely be available within each country App Store by early next week, depending on any potential back and forth with Apple during their app review process. Players will soon have access to 10 million more questions within Trivia Spar and several new categories, so players will start seeing more variety in the game. From a dev perspective, we have continued to improve the internal documentation we use for Trivia Spar development as we now have several engineers, architects, and data professionals working on the Trivia Spar product. We have also began work on the automated deployment pipelines for Trivia Spar.
Trivia Spar for Android is still in testing, as we have encountered and solved quite a few bugs and are now closer to releasing it to the Google Play store. We are hopeful that it will be sent for approval into the Google Play store before our next weekly update. Since this is the first release, we expect it to take some time and back and forth with Google before becoming available on the Google Play store. We will make an announcement when this is fully released and available.
Several users have been helping us to improve the game by submitting screenshots and reporting bugs to us via the telegram main channel. We immediately forward those reports on to the development team where they are properly added to our bug reporting tool and then reproduced and fixed, or in most cases the user experience or question format is improved.
The first integration of the KnowledgeAds platform is now underway within Trivia Spar currently in development and testing and being prepped for inclusion in a future release. We have to support banner ads within the platform, as well as the Q&Ads format, so this first integration is being performed with the banner ads which have less complexity than Q&Ads and is easier to test. Once these tests are successful and we complete some of the other portions of the KnowledgeAds interface, the Q&Ads generator will take priority and we will move towards including this functionality within the Knowledge Ads platform. From a dev perspective, we have a unified single sign-on with the Knowledge Account application and all apps published by Knowledge and it’s core partners will use this mechanism. Separately, we have put in place and OpenID Server and it too is being prepped for integration with Trivia Spar.
From a DevOps/infrastructure perspective, we are continuing work on the Ethereum nodes for security, high availability, reliability, recovery, budget management, and we have began the serverless Jenkins pipelines. Team members are participating in advanced training on AWS Cloud Formation.
The KNW Smart Contracts are being updated to work with a Proxy Contract mechanism to allow for updates to it in the future as we build out and test different components and make improvements to the platforms and ecosystem. The final definitive KNW token address will then be available for buyers to add support for the KNW token to their ERC-20 compliant wallets. This is expected to be ready before the next Weekly Update.
We have finalized the plans for the initial meta-mining solution which is to begin development next week and expected to last about one full month in development and testing before being rolled out as a part of the Knowledge Score blockchain mechanism in Trivia Spar. KNW tokens will not be awarded to users until after the completion of the full Knowledge Score implementation, so this is an important step in the right direction towards achieving the full Knowledge Score blockchain and meta-mining rewards implementation. More details will be available on the progress of this over the course of the next several weeks.
