Enabling INR deposits and withdrawals again

We finally bring you some new year cheer!

We are delighted to report a breakthrough on the INR withdrawal issue. Starting 05.00 PM today, INR withdrawals will be live for the next 48 hours. Settlements should reach your bank account within three bank business days of initiating the withdrawal from your Koinex wallet. We are also happy to announce that deposits (via payment gateway) will be online from 01.00 AM on January 9, 2018. Meanwhile, we continue working towards enabling IMPS and NEFT transactions at the earliest possible along with a permanent withdrawal solution.

NOTE: No fee will be charged on any INR withdrawals.
