Stay alert for fake handles pretending to be Koinex or Koinex support on social media

We have noticed several fake accounts trying to scam our users by posing as Koinex support and asking for coin/money transfers for providing support for their issues. The sole aim of this communication is to clear the fact that neither Koinex nor any of its representatives will ever ask for monetary compensation from our users.
