A fervent Christian is rescued by the purifying power of Jesus’ blood and works by faith in the Holy Spirit.

To become the Christians that God desires, we must live in conformity to God’s Word and remove ourselves from the world so that we are not influenced by it.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever. (1 John 2:15–17, KJV)

Here are some guidelines for becoming a fervent Christian:

Prayer

A Christian who does not pray is allowing the devil to operate in his life; there is no limit to how much we should pray; we should pray whenever we have free time, and if we don’t, we should set aside time to pray. Prayer and fasting are necessary for a believer to push or elevate in the Spirit; we need them to connect with God.

Fellowship

Fellowship with other believers is vital. Don’t say, “I can serve God on my own.” If you believe or act in this way, you will not grow spiritually in your work with God. Find a Bible-believing church that teaches sound doctrines like salvation, righteousness, and sanctification, among other things. Also, talk to other believers who share your confidence in God’s word.

And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. And all that believed were together, and had all things common; And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need. And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. (Acts 2 :42–47, KJV)

Reading the Bible

You must read, meditate, and practice the Bible to grow spiritually. The goal of God’s word for our lives is to serve as an example, correction, and instruction. The more you read and obey God’s word, the better. The more spiritually wise and knowledge you gain, the better.

Will of God

This is when we obey God’s word and instructions; it is also the standard of holiness in the life of a believer. Despite trials, persecution, and tribulation, Paul the apostle walked with God and was obedient to God. He stood for the truth and preached the word of God (1 Corinthians 1: 1–27).

Praise and Worship

We must include praise and worship for God Almighty in our daily lives because it causes God to move in mighty ways. When we praise God, we are also thanking Him for His goodness, miracles, and much more. Praise and adoration of God can help us get out of difficult situations like trials, persecution, anguish, and problems.

Anger, bitterness, wrath, murmuring, derogatory comments directed at God’s church, people, or neighbors; sinful addiction, sinful thinking, and those things you think don’t matter but are sinful can all disrupt your access or relationship with God.

Stay blessed, and we will triumph. Don’t be discouraged or distracted, and we will make it to heaven. This is a brief message, but I feel it will assist many people in finding solutions to their questions.

One way to be who God wants us to be is to repent of our sins and surrender to the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and then we become the desired one.

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance ( 2 Peter 3:9, KJV).
