When did you join Medium? Why did you join?
I joined in 2018 (I think) so I could be inspired to write more, maybe earn some money and especially to meet other writers. I have made quite a few friends through Medium.
When did you join Koinonia? What attracted you to the publication?
I joined in 2019 (?) and I joined because it is a Christian publication, and I am a Christian. I enjoyed reading others’ testimonies and life stories.
How long have you been writing and how did you come to it?
Most of my life. I loved reading from an early age and I loved writing stories. In 2018, I self-published my first book of poetry, which is my testimony of healing and hope after my brother died by suicide in 2006. I recently released a collection of short stories which is named for my blog, Break All My Falls — reflecting on how God, family, parents and friends will “break our falls” in life.
