Our God Is One God Consisting of Three Distinct Persons
We do not serve three gods
Have you ever tried to explain the Trinity to a child? Good luck! It is a theological concept that is hard for the most astute theologian to understand. A famous quote has existed for a long time, but we don’t know who initially said it.

Every illustration we use to comprehend the Trinity falls short, like an egg (shell, white, and yolk) or water (liquid, solid, and gas). Nothing compares to God. He is in a class by Himself.
Although the word Trinity isn’t in the Bible, the concept is. Those who believe the Bible understand that there is only one God, yet He exists in three distinct persons or personalities. They all share the exact nature. We do not worship three Gods, but one: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
It is indeed hard to wrap our minds around it, and on top of that, they all exist at the same time. An old heresy teaches that sometimes God is the Father, sometimes He is the Son, and sometimes He is the Holy Spirit. That is not what the Bible teaches.
